NOTES! [Regarding Pre-order's extras]
- I'll be shipping out the orders once a week!
- Just a lil side note that I have to manually count the stocks while you are ordering and if i refund you a certain amount, it might have been that the items is out of stocks.
- Also! I'll not be giving any sticker freebies anymore as it is also in very limited amount. Same goes to the "Thank you" card. (only the first 8 orders will receive them)
GENERAL POLICY
- Once the order is placed, the items can not be changed. You can not cancel your order, so please be sure when you make it!
- Must be 18 or above! or have parent/guardian permission when ordering
- Please select the correct shipping option based on the quantity of charms you ordered or we will refund your order
- We are not responsible for any extra custom fees for international orders.
ABOUT REFUND & SHIPPING
- This store is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages incurred through postal transit.
- There's some countries we won't be able to track the parcel, here are the list for you to check if your country are available or not.

- Refund requests are eligible only if your order has NOT BEEN PROCESSED, in a wrong orders or if any items are delivered in a damaged state, with reasonable belief that it was not caused in transit (video unboxing evidence must be provided).
- We are NOT in control of the postal service. We do not assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed mail. A tracking number will be provided so you can contact your local post office for any issue you have on this matter
